What an exhilarating experience and more important it was an enriching one for Kunal. We participated in the Newton Craft Fair on Sunday Oct 15 th 2023. Kunal stayed engaged despite it being a brand new experience for him.
I was pleasantly surprised that he stayed the entire time from 10 am to 4 pm.
It was heartwarming to see strangers talk to him and acknowledge his talent for picture taking. Some wrote in his guest book too recognizing his work.
Later that evening I read the notes to Kunal and he was beaming from ear to ear. He kept saying thank you repeatedly and giving me hugs thinking I wrote those wonderful comments.
Kunal was most excited about the money he made that day. Hopefully this experience will motivate him to take more pictures.
For me it was wonderful to see him happy and productively engaged. Although, it was a lot of work behind the scenes it was all well worth the effort.
